12+ live brands · one codebase
White-label Android apps for coffee & F&B
Launch a fully branded ordering and loyalty Android app without maintaining a separate codebase per brand. At COFE App I ship 12+ coffee and F&B applications from one Kotlin and Jetpack Compose platform — menu, checkout, loyalty, wallets, referrals and analytics configured per brand, not forked.
- 100K+ Barns installs
- 500K+ COFE marketplace
- 12+ brand apps live
- 40+ Gradle modules
The problem
Agencies and F&B groups need each brand to feel native — own colours, menu, payments and loyalty — but forking Android code per client creates a maintenance nightmare. Every security patch, Play policy change and payment SDK upgrade multiplies across repos.
The approach
- Vendor configurators — per-brand JSON/build flavour drives theme, menu structure, payment methods and feature flags.
- Shared feature modules — cart, checkout, order tracking, subscriptions, wallet top-up, rewards, coupons, surge pricing as isolated Gradle modules.
- Per-brand backends — Apollo GraphQL schemas per brand behind a common data layer; REST via OkHttp where needed.
- Payment abstraction — one checkout flow, multiple regional gateways (payment integration).
- Analytics seam — seven SDKs isolated behind an EventDataParser; no vendor leaks into feature code.
Live brands (Google Play)

- COFE — multi-brand marketplace, 500K+
- Kyan, Caribou, FiLLi, Pret, Darat Al Qahwa, Barn's X, 20 Grams — see full app list
